Designed Landscapes was created to provide Online Landscape Designs and Landscape Concept plans to home owners and contractors around the world. Landscape Designs are created with assistance of the home owner or contractor via a simple, very interactive process.

How it Works.

Landscape Design clients provide a few pieces of information including their plot plan or survey, simple measurements and a theme direction to their Landscape Designer. The Landscape Designer assembles all of this information, and uses Global Information System Data (GIS), which is detailed satellite information, to create a preliminary Landscape Design (hand sketch). This Landscape Design is sent to you for your review and comment. These comments are noted and changes are made to your Landscape Design. Your Landscape Designer will then begin inputting all of the information in a Computer Assisted Design Program (CAD). Your Landscape Designer will send this Landscape Design, in a PDF format, to you for further review and comment. With this stage of the review process complete, your Landscape Designer will prepare your final copy of your Landscape Design including Quantity take offs. The Quanity take off provide you with the amounts of materials for your Landscape Design project. A few examples are; square footage of concrete, flagstone and even soil for the garden beds.
